Once our team processes your order within 1-2 business days, expect to get it within 5-6 business days, after purchase, depending on customs clearance. EU, UK, USA and Asia deliveries may be a bit quicker than, Australia, and New Zealand. Almost all South American and African countries will experience longer ship times.

Day 3-4: Packaging

After quality control your Indy London items will be carefully packed in our beautiful packaging and provided with the correct labels so that your order is trackable.

Day 5-6: Shipping & Delivery

Due to high demand and our commitment to quality, shipping may take longer than you are used to. We ask for your understanding for this. Your Indy London order is on its way and will reach you within 5 to 6 business days.

There are a few things to be aware of: You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. Orders may be returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at the post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, customers will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.
