Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a smooth return experience, the following conditions apply:
- Returns can only be requested after you have physically received your order.
- All return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, in their original condition.
- All original tags and labels must remain attached.
- Trying on items is permitted; wearing them beyond fitting is not.
- Orders intentionally placed in multiple sizes with the intent of partially returning items are not permitted.
Olivia Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at support@oliviaboutique.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Our team will provide you with the return address.
- Securely package the item and ship it back at your own expense.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, inspected and approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 30 days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method used during purchase.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
